Great experience. Tasty meals overall and great value for the money. Ordered: pastel (with fish), plantains, poulet yassa. A lot of food for one person to eat in one seating which is great. The food is served in resealable containers making it very convenient. Food took awhile but was worth the wait.

One of my favorite restaurants in silver spring. The food never disappoints and is a go to on days I don’t want to cook. Pro tip: order pickup at least 30mins ahead of time as their wait times when you order in house can be quite significant

I placed a takeout order at Koite Grill, a restaurant offering authentic Senegalese cuisine. I ordered the Dibi Chicken with brown jollof rice and beignets. The meal was decent, the beignets are delicious, highly recommend. The menu offered reasonably priced items, and the portion size was generous. The food leaned towards being on the drier side rather than saucy. I look forward to returning to explore more options from their menu.

"Kotie Grill is a hidden gem that serves up some of the most delicious and flavorful food you'll ever taste. From their mouthwatering grilled chicken and lamb, to their perfectly cooked steaks, every dish is a true taste bud sensation. I've been lucky enough to frequent their food truck for years and was thrilled to discover they now have two restaurants, one with full service and the other with takeout options and a small ethnic grocery store. The grilled onions are a standout and truly make the dishes even more memorable. The family-owned business brings authenticity and love to each dish, especially the stew with peanut butter which is simply amazing. Whether you're a fan of Senegalese cuisine or just love great food, Kotie Grill is a must-try for anyone in the Silver Spring or Laurel, Maryland area."

So I went here not knowing what to expect, but the reviews were so good so I had to try. My honest opinion. Wow. The food was so tasty and flavorful. The meat was so tender and soft and the rice was so yummy. I will definitely be coming back here soon!! All their meat is halal just FYI! The only downside is their food takes a little while to come out but hey you can't rush amazing food!

This is going to be my spot. I love this entire set up. The food is superb. The drinks are fantastic. The service is wonderful. And I can sit outside and people watch. That’s everything I could want in a place.
